How VIP enrolment works
Users are enrolled automatically once total bets exceed ₹1,000. There is no separate sign-up: every qualifying player enters at VIP1 and progresses through 15 tiers based on continued activity.
Daily guaranteed bonus
Each tier pays a daily guaranteed bonus for a fixed number of days. At VIP1 the bonus is ₹1 × 3 days; at VIP15 it is ₹100 × 30 days. Bonuses are credited on a fixed schedule; missed days are not banked unless the operator explicitly states so.
Cashback
Cashback rates differ by category. Games cashback tops out at 10% (VIP15), rummy cashback at 1% and fantasy cashback at 1.7%. Cashback is calculated on net losses over the relevant period; see the operator's VIP terms for the exact window.
Level-up bonus
The level-up bonus is paid when you reach a new tier. The amount ranges from ₹5 (VIP1) to ₹10,000 (VIP15). Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and may carry a wagering requirement.
Fee-free withdrawals
Every VIP tier has a free-withdrawal limit (₹10 Lakh at VIP1-5, ₹20 Lakh at VIP6-10, ₹50 Lakh at VIP11-15) and a number of free withdrawals per period (1, 2 or 3 depending on the tier). Withdrawals above the limit or beyond the count may carry a fee.
Maintenance notice
VIP level may decrease because of prolonged inactivity or insufficient bets. The operator reserves the right of final interpretation. Maintenance details are reflected in the user account dashboard.

Open lobbyReading the tier table
The VIP table on /vip/ shows seven columns: the tier name, the daily guaranteed amount and days, three cashback rates by category, the level-up bonus, the fee-free withdrawal limit, and the free-withdrawal count.
Daily guaranteed column
Each tier pays a fixed daily bonus for a fixed number of days. At VIP1 the figure is ₹1 × 3 days; at VIP15 it is ₹100 × 30 days. The bonus is credited on a schedule; missed days are not banked unless the operator explicitly states otherwise.
Cashback columns
Cashback is calculated on net losses over the relevant window. The games column tops out at 10% at VIP15; rummy at 1%; fantasy at 1.7%. Cashback is paid to the bonus balance and may carry a wagering requirement.
Level-up bonus column
This is paid when you reach a new tier. The amount scales from ₹5 at VIP1 to ₹10,000 at VIP15. Level-up bonuses are one-time payments.
Fee-free withdrawal columns
Every VIP tier carries a free-withdrawal limit (the maximum amount you can withdraw without paying a fee) and a free-withdrawal count (the number of withdrawals per period before fees kick in). VIP1-5: ₹10 Lakh limit, 1 free withdrawal. VIP6-10: ₹20 Lakh limit, 2 free withdrawals. VIP11-15: ₹50 Lakh limit, 3 free withdrawals.
How VIP progression works in practice
The snapshot shows the structure but the operator's VIP terms set the exact progression rules. As a general pattern: more bets placed across the week moves you up the tiers. Total bets sum across all sports. The VIP counter resets on inactivity; check the operator's maintenance notice for the exact inactivity window.
Tips for steady progression
- Spread activity across the week rather than concentrating it on a single contest.
- Use lower entry tiers to keep exposure modest while building total bet volume.
- Avoid chasing losses; the responsible-use controls on /responsible-use/ help.
- Check the VIP dashboard in the user account for the current tier and the next-tier threshold.
Reading the 15-tier table in plain language
The VIP table looks dense on first read. The seven columns each cover a specific aspect of the tier; reading the table by column makes it easier to understand.
Column 1: Tier name
The tier label (VIP1 through VIP15). The first five tiers are the entry group; the next five (VIP6-10) are the mid-tier group; the final five (VIP11-15) are the top-tier group.
Column 2: Daily guaranteed
The fixed daily bonus amount and the number of guaranteed days. VIP1 pays ₹1 × 3 days; VIP15 pays ₹100 × 30 days.
Column 3-5: Cashback
Cashback rates by category. The games column tops out at 10%; rummy at 1%; fantasy at 1.7%. Cashback is paid on net losses over the operator's window.
Column 6: Level-up bonus
The one-time bonus paid when you reach a new tier. The amount scales from ₹5 at VIP1 to ₹10,000 at VIP15.
Column 7: Fee-free withdrawal limit
The maximum amount you can withdraw without paying a fee in a period. Limits step up at VIP6 and VIP11.
Column 8: Free withdrawals
The number of withdrawals you can make per period without paying a fee. The count steps up at VIP6 and VIP11.
How to plan for progression
Most users move from VIP1 toward VIP5 within the first month of consistent play. Movement to VIP6-10 typically requires several months of higher-volume activity. Movement to VIP11-15 represents the top of the programme and is reserved for the operator's most active users.
What the maintenance notice means in practice
VIP level may decrease because of prolonged inactivity or insufficient bets. The operator's VIP terms specify the inactivity window (typically 30-90 days) and the minimum-bet threshold. Users who fall below the threshold see their tier step down at the next evaluation.
VIP return math - how cashback is calculated
VIP return is paid as a percentage of net losses on settled contests in a calendar week. Net losses = settled losses minus settled winnings minus cancelled/refunded contests. The cashback percentage depends on the tier at the start of the week. See the table above for the exact tier rates.
How tier progress is earned
Every ₹100 of real-money contest entry adds 1 VIP point to your tier counter. Bonus-credit entries add 0.5 points. The counter resets every calendar quarter but the tier badge is permanent. Tiers 1-4 are named Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum; tier 5 is Diamond; tiers 6-15 are Sapphire, Ruby and Emerald with progressive multipliers.
VIP terms you should read
Cashback is paid every Monday at 10:00 IST for the prior week. Cashback credits expire after thirty days if unused. VIP benefits cannot be combined with promo-credit contests except where the lobby specifically says so. Read the FAQ above for the abandoned-match and KYC reset cases.
VIP tier names and the published table
Come's VIP club has fifteen tiers. Bronze is tier 1 at 1% weekly cashback; Diamond is tier 5 at 4%; Sapphire is tier 6 at 5%; Ruby is tier 7 at 6%; Emerald is tier 8 at 7%; tiers 9 through 15 are progressively higher cashback percentages up to the top tier's 10%. The exact rate for each tier is published in the VIP table above.
How the level-up bonus works
Tier 5 (Diamond) and above unlock a one-time level-up bonus of up to ₹10,000. The bonus is paid within twenty-four hours of crossing into the qualifying tier and is credited as bonus balance. The bonus expires ninety days after it is paid and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
How VIP interacts with KYC
Cashback payouts require KYC verification. If KYC is not complete by the time the weekly payout runs, the cashback rolls into the next week until verification clears. The level-up bonus follows the same rule. Read the KYC reset process on /legal/.
VIP member support channel
VIP members have access to a priority support channel. The channel is visible in the lobby's account menu under 'Support'. Priority support replies within four hours during the lobby's active hours and within twelve hours overnight. Standard support replies within twenty-four hours.
VIP terms - what is not negotiable
The cashback percentage, the level-up bonus amount, the tier names and the qualifying contest volume are fixed by the operator's published terms and are not negotiable on a per-account basis. We recommend reading the published VIP table above before claiming any VIP-related promotion.
How to leave the VIP club
Come's VIP club is opt-in by activity; there is no separate membership form. If you stop entering contests for two consecutive calendar quarters, your tier badge becomes inactive. Re-entering contests re-activates the badge at your last earned tier. Cashback does not pay on an inactive badge.
Tier-down rules
Tier badges are permanent, but cashback rates can drop if a member falls below the qualifying volume for two consecutive calendar quarters. We publish the tier-down rule above. Members who drop below the qualifying volume receive an in-lobby inbox warning before the tier-down takes effect.
Cashback payout timing
Cashback is paid every Monday at 10:00 IST for the prior week (Monday 00:00 IST to Sunday 23:59 IST). The prior week's settled contests are summed; cashback is calculated as a percentage of net losses. Cashback credits expire after thirty days if unused.
Reading the VIP table - example
A member at tier 8 (Emerald, 7% cashback) who had ₹10,000 in net losses for the week earns ₹700 in cashback. The cashback is paid as bonus balance. The bonus balance can be used on contests with a minimum entry of ₹25 and a minimum pool of ₹50,000. The bonus balance earns VIP points at 0.5x.
