Why responsible play matters
Real-money contest participation carries financial risk. The product is designed for adults who can absorb a loss without affecting their daily life. If you are using money earmarked for rent, food, school fees or medical bills, the product is not for you.
The signs of problem play
- Chasing losses with bigger entries.
- Borrowing money to keep playing.
- Neglecting work, family or social obligations because of play.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when not playing.
- Lying about how much time or money you spend on contests.
How to set limits
Deposit limits cap how much you can deposit per day, week or month. Session limits cap how long you can stay signed in. Self-exclusion temporarily blocks access to your account. Reality checks are pop-up reminders during long sessions. Set the limits you need, not the limits you think you should need.
Help outside Come
If you need outside help, talk to a professional. The Indian mental-health helpline at iCall (9152987821) and counseling and supports problem-play concerns. Gamblers Anonymous India (gamblersanonymous.org.in) hosts peer-support meetings. The Vandrevala Foundation mental-health helpline (1860-2662-345) is open 24/7.
Why we do not allow accounts from restricted states
Real-money contest participation is restricted in certain Indian states by the Public Gambling Act, 1867 and state-level amendments. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (PROG Act 2025) provides the federal framework. We do not allow account creation from restricted states, and we may pause entries and disable withdrawals for users who move to restricted states.
How the controls integrate with the lobby
Deposit limits apply across the lobby and the Daily Race. Self-exclusion blocks entry across all contests and disables deposits. The VIP programme continues to track total bets during the limit window, but the user cannot enter contests. Wagering requirements and bonus expirations continue to run during self-exclusion; the operator's terms govern the post-exclusion state.
Responsible use in detail
Real-money contest participation is a form of paid entertainment. Treat it as such: budget for it, set limits, and walk away when the budget is reached. The product is not an investment; it is a game of chance.
Setting a budget
Decide how much you can afford to lose before you start. Treat that amount as the cost of entertainment, not as an investment. Once the budget is reached, stop.
Setting a time limit
Set a maximum session length. The lobby supports session controls; the app supports time-based reality checks. Use them.
Setting deposit limits
Deposit limits cap how much you can deposit per day, week or month. Set them before you start, not after a loss.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion temporarily blocks access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or longer. Use it when you need a break.
Warning signs in detail
If you find yourself chasing losses, borrowing money, neglecting responsibilities, lying about play, or feeling anxious when not playing, take a break. The responsible-use controls are designed for this.
Outside help
If you need outside help, talk to a professional. iCall (9152987821) and Gamblers Anonymous India (gamblersanonymous.org.in) provide peer and professional support for problem-play concerns.
