Contest settlement rules

Cricket contests settle at the end of the second innings. Football contests settle at full-time (extra time and penalties count for some contests; check the contest card). Basketball contests settle at the end of regulation unless the contest specifies overtime. Tennis contests settle on the final set. Kabaddi contests settle at full-time. Horse-racing contests settle on the official placings.

If a match is abandoned, the operator settles according to the contest rule (typically void and full refund). The decision is final.

Once you have entered a contest, you wait for the match to start, watch it, and let the contest settle. The settling step is where the operator's official source matters most.

Step 1: Match start

The operator's status chip on the contest row moves from "Soon" to "Live" at match start. You can no longer enter; you can watch the live match on the operator's interface.

Step 2: Live status

During the match, the operator shows live scores. Your contest entry remains locked; you cannot withdraw it.

Step 3: Match end

At the end of the match, the official source confirms the result. The operator's system records the final score and applies it to the contest's settlement rule.

Step 4: Settlement

The contest settles within the operator's stated window after the official result. Settled contests pay out to winning entries according to the contest's prize structure.

Step 5: Bonus credit

Once you submit a contest entry, it appears in the lobby's 'My entries' tab. The tab is live: status, settled score and prize tier update as the contest progresses. Cash prizes are credited within thirty minutes of settlement; bonus-credit prizes are credited the next day at 10:00 IST.
