Analytics

Aggregated and pseudonymous usage data helps the editorial team understand which contests and guides visitors use. Analytics cookies are off by default.

Manage your choice

Use the Cookie Settings button in the footer to change your preferences. Withdrawing consent is as easy as accepting it: open the panel, untick the optional categories, and save.

Optional categories are blocked from running before you consent. Once saved, your choice is remembered in localStorage for 30 days; after that the panel re-appears.

Why strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled

Strictly necessary cookies keep the lobby functional. The session cookie remembers your sign-in state so the lobby does not ask you to log in on every page. The consent cookie remembers your cookie choice so the panel does not appear on every page. The CSRF cookie prevents cross-site request forgery on entry buttons and the contact form.

How to verify your choice was saved

Open your browser's developer tools, navigate to the Application or Storage tab, and inspect the localStorage for the comecome-apk.com origin. The "come_cookie_choice_v1" key stores your choice. If you do not see the key, your choice did not save; check whether the browser blocks localStorage on this origin.

What happens if you clear your cookies

Clearing cookies removes the consent key; the consent panel re-appears on the next visit. Your lobby state (selected sport tab, search field) is also cleared. The operator's account state is unaffected; sign-in still works through the operator's own cookies.

Browser-specific behaviour

Safari's "Prevent cross-site tracking" and Firefox's "Enhanced Tracking Protection" do not block strictly necessary cookies. They may block analytics and personalisation cookies even if you opt in; in that case the operator records your preference but the optional cookie is not actually set.

Cookie lifetime in detail

• Session: expires when you close the browser.
• 1 day: expires 24 hours after the cookie is set.
• 30 days: expires 30 days after the cookie is set.
• 1 year: expires 365 days after the cookie is set.

The consent panel's localStorage key expires every 30 days; after that the panel re-appears so you can re-confirm your choice.

The consent panel re-appears after 30 days so you can re-confirm your choice. This is a regulatory expectation: consent should be confirmed periodically, not assumed indefinitely.

Cookie and consent flow in detail

1. You visit the lobby for the first time. The consent panel appears after a short delay.
2. You pick a choice: accept all, reject optional, or untick specific categories.
3. Your choice is saved to localStorage. The panel closes.
4. On subsequent visits, the lobby reads your choice from localStorage. The panel does not re-appear until the 30-day window expires.
5. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings button in the footer.

What happens if you block all cookies

If you block all cookies through browser settings, the lobby's strictly necessary features (sign-in routing, session continuity) still work because the operator's own cookies live on the operator's domain. The lobby's preferences (selected tab, search query) require cookies; without them, the lobby returns to defaults on every visit.
